Refund policy

Returns:

At Moonbeam Organics we’re fully committed to keeping our customers happy and healthy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please read the information below to begin the returns process. 

Important Returns Information:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or process refunds for sale items, digital products or gift cards.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the original packaging you received it.
  • To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase (only if submitting a return request via email).
  • Shipping costs are not covered by us.
  • We do not process returns without notice.


To Submit A Return Request via Email

Email us at hello@moonbeamorganics.com within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please include photos and any other pertinent details in your email to us. 

 

To Submit a Return Request via Our Website 

Click the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of our homepage (on desktop) or click here.

1. Log in to your account:

In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your return, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions.


Important Refunds Information (if applicable):

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you of the status of your refund: “approved” or “rejected” based on the condition of your returned items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of your original payment method within 10 business days. 

If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@moonbeamorganics.com.


Exchanges (if applicable):

  • If your items arrive defective or damaged please email us at hello@moonbeamorganics.com within 30 days of your item’s delivery date. Please include photos and any other pertinent details in your email to us.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging.


Additional Information:

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that are not purchased directly on our website. For items purchased at one of our authorized third-party retailers, please contact them directly to determine their respective return or exchange policies.
